Nothing so far...My PD was October 12 and Biometrics done Nov 9th and haven’t heard anything since then...

New Jersey filer (F1 to AOS-marriage based)

Hi all,
I have been reading this forum in awhile,and i want to share my journey with you. I am filing concurrent files of I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, and I-131 in NJ.
PD: October 12,2017
Fingerprints done:November 9
Center working on application:NBC
I haven’t heard anything since then.
I have a question,if someone may help and share any experience.I am still on F1 status and i am doing AOS based on marriage. My DSO advised me to apply for OPT as well,just as a back -up plan (i finished my program this month).Has anyone applied for EAD-OPT and EAD (through AOS) at the same time?

Today is my 72nd day too. No news. I think we will start hearing from them after new year. No need to contact your congressman. You should contact them if you don’t hear anything from them after 90 days

I noticed that they have updated their website processing time. Now they are processing July's applications, which I find odd because in November, the website states that they were processing September's applications. But majority of applicants receive their EADs by the 95th day, so it looks like we have some time time to wait...unfortunately
