Today is my 75th day! Does that mean anything anymore!? Is it now 90??

I had a job offer and tried to expedite but heard nothing back once I sent in the job offer letter as evidence.

I also contacted my congressman and they contacted immigration. Immigration replied to them saying I was still within normal processing times.

Today is my 72nd day too. No news. I think we will start hearing from them after new year. No need to contact your congressman. You should contact them if you don’t hear anything from them after 90 days

You are ahead of my case, my notice of receipt is Oct 12. Like you said, I hope we will get some updates soon.

Which service center is handling your case?

I don’t know how to find the service center but I mailed my documents to the Chicago office and I’m filing from Dallas.

Hey guys I just found out about this website and felt it was helpful so I’ve decided to share my experience since I’m also October filer.Documents sent: October 3
Notice of receipt: October 6
Got the 3 emails for my 130,1485,Work auth. : Oct. 13
Did Biometric: November 6.
Nothing has changed since then. Online still says case received and fingerprints fees received.
I have done anything or taken any action since that time.
Sorry I also received a mail on a yellow paper to bring my medical report for interview if I’m required and if there is no interview, they will ask me to mail it to them.
So for now, my fingers are crossed.

Let’s calm October filers

Hey guys! I just want to tell y’all to calm. I think by January, we will start getting our work permit. Here is mine:
Submitted: October 2
Received: October 6
Did my biometric: November 6
Now waiting for my interview date and work permit.
I filed from Dallas.

Thank you! I think I’m just doing the appointment. I don’t want to upset anybody haha. The case tracker is just an app that “shows” your status but it’s not really accurate.

I finally received my biometrics appointment this morning. My priority date is October 26 and appointment is for November 29th
