Did you feel there was a reason for separating you? Some offices like Minneapolis simply separate everyone - another reason why it?s so slow.
I wouldn?t be too concerned since you had your attorney there.
Have you checked the case tracker app? and the automated phone line? MSC = 672

I haven't received any since biometrics.
Really depending on your field office! I didn't get anything since Feb. Our field office is about 6 months to process, so I will wait till June.

Originally posted by UScitizenFilingforspouse View PostYes, you are correct. You have every right to be entitled and clutter the Ombudsman's desk. "The Ombudsman is committed to reviewing all incoming requests for case assistance within 30 days, and taking action to resolve 90 percent of case-related inquiries submitted to the office within 90 days of receipt." That's straight from the Ombudsman's website.
The level 2 officer told you that your case is ready to be scheduled for interview and told you to email support. There is no glitch in your case. You can't access your case because it has likely already been moved to the scheduling queue. So you should be next in line.
You reach out to congress when your case is out of processing times, or when there is an earthquake in Haiti, and you wondering whether the orphan you are adopting is still alive; not when you can't get a status that you would like through a venue that you would prefer.
You didn't post your field office, so it's impossible to know whether your case is outside of processing times, but given that you just filed and per the level 2 officer, the current status is "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview", we can infer that it is not outside of processing times.
But you've come to the right country. Eventually, we all turn like this or some version of this. It typically takes longer - years, actually.
All the best.

I agree what you said but I still have the right to have the option to visualize my process status. If the USCIS didn't do their Jobs fixing that glitch I am going to find a another way to try to figure this out. That is the ombudsman job and I am sure there a couple people that works there and my case its simple and it wouldn't waste their energy and time.
