We have not been scheduled yet. I did reach out to my Senator, though, because we made a request to expedite my husband's travel document 85 days ago. It took 8 phone calls for an officer to acknowledge it and issue a referral number to expedite. So we shall see what happens next.

I just finished my interview about an hour ago, and the good news was the "on spot approval."

I want to thank-everyone in this forum for sharing their experiences.

Our field officer was so nice, she actually said "I have a good vibe for you guys." We were over prepared. Nervous of course.

We had almost 45 minutes chat with very causal and normal yes/no questions.

I'm overwhelmed for now, I'll share more when I settle.

But the only advice which she said, was to go through forums and see other people's experience for the next step. It helps alot, she said. And it's true. It surely does. Many of you here are witnesses.

I'll update more, or even write more later. When my mind calm down from these feelings I have.

Email from USCIS asking to fax proof of financial loss: 05/31/18
Infopass to ask about the status of my case: 06/04/18
Phone call to ask about the status of my case (Tier 2 officer): 06/05/18

Total: 140 days. No interview notice yet.

I have a quick question; Did you expedite the EADcombo in any way or it was just a normal process? Your response will be appreciated.

No, I didn't. I have my working permit from OPT till 2019. So I didn't do anything to expedite it.
