They are still in november for EAD based c(9). I think it could take more 2 months to get ours

Biometrics done on walkin Feb 9.

Now waiting... no news or status updates. USCIS case status still says "case received" on all 4 receipts (130, 485, 131 765)

Just curious, so one can go get the Biometrics done anytime between receiving the Biometrics notification and the actual appointment date?

I justified saying that I was going to travel to Orlando and the lady said that I could do the bio there. I said ok. When i was walking out she called me and said that it was fine. I could do the bio there because the office was empty.

I think you will be ok as long as you show substantial evidence of your marriage at the interview.

Hello everyone I'm new in this thread,I wanna ask a complicated question,I've been married to my wife for 6months now but we decide not have kids for now but we later have some issues where by we didn't really talk to each other for more than a month and she was out of the house during then ,during the time she was away she actually slept with her ex and she got pregnant,but we actually back together,my question is since I'm not the father of the child will it complicate my issue on getting my green card, your answer matter to me thanks.
