A week ago my wife & I submitted the forms needed for AOS. I am married to an american citizen. Yesterday, we got all the forms back in the mail unorganized with I-797C letter stating that we filled out a I-485 that is outdated. This got us all confused and frustrated since we couldn’t find a I-485 that’s later than 12/13/17 edition, which is exactly what we sent them. Please help! How do I refile my I-485 if I already sent the most current version? How could the person who reviewed my forms say that the I-485 I submitted is outdated when it isn’t ? Thank you! Please help!
