2nd Request for INITIAL evidence - am I back to processing day one again?

Hi all

I just got the email update, the web account says nothing.

I have been sent a request for INITIAL evidence, today April 17th.

I already had a request for initial evidence, which I responded and received by USCIS on Nov 8th 2017. I was told then this put me back to processing day zero.

Does this second request put me back to processing day zero?

This process is just so manic
