I-130 and I-485 problem
Hi,
My wife, who is US Citizen, and I, Dominican Citizen, submited on April 28th both forms I-130 and I-485 to the Lockbox Facility (also I submited an I-765 (EAD) and an I-131 (AP)).
Today is May 20th and I haven't heard nothing from the USCIS, is that normal?
I also sent the check and they haven't cashed it.
What should I do?
Do I have to file the forms again? If so, When I should do it?
Please help. I'm hopeless by now.
