Story: Before we met, my wife to be overstayed her B2 VISA. We met in July 2017, dated a little over a year, got engaged July 7^th, 2018. Got married Oct. 7^th 2018. We started our AOS process in June of 2019. Below is our timeline: My complete AOS packet- Concurrent Filers 130/i485

• July 1^st 2019: We accepted the fingerprint fee for form I-485 NBC location is working on your case
• July 5^th 2019: Received by US Mail 5 total separate I-797C 's NOA (Notice of ACTION) letters: ASC (Biometric Appointment), I-130, I-485, I-785 & I-131
• July 23^rd 2019: Biometric Appointment- Tampa Field Office
• July 24^th 2019: Fingerprint Review Was Completed. we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

• Nov. 4^th 2019: Received RFE for my wife's foreign Birth Certificate translated in English (I sent it back same day express mail)
• Nov. 6^th 2019: Response To USCIS' Request for Evidence Was Received. Our office will begin working on your case again.
• Nov. 23^rd 2019: Case Is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview. we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY XX, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice.
• Nov. 25^th 2019: we have approved your application for employment card
• Nov. 25^th 2019: we have approved your application for an Advance Parole Document.
• Nov. 25^th 2019: New Card Is Being Produced. we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC199 YYYY ZZZ, and will mail it to the address you gave us.

I a first time user of this site and my first post is a question that I need answered urgently. So if any of you or an immigration lawyer on this thread can reply, it will greatly help. I am on L1A visa with my work authorisation through it ending next month on 11 Dec'19. I have my i539 and i765 in processing. Can I get an extension on my current work authorisation?

How do you check your neighboring cases in CaseTracker? I can't find it

How do you do that I have the app and don’t see that as an option

Since USCIS Case Tracker app only allows to check neighboring 500 cases, it would be good for every June filer to check their neighboring 500 cases in order to put together a better picture of how June-filed cases are moving forward. So can June filers check their neighboring 500 cases on the Case Tracker app and share the statistical results? My neighboring 500 cases say that about 15% cases got to the status of case ready to be scheduled for an interview.

Hello San Diego!

My I-485 notice for interview has finally arrived !
Getting my documents assembled in a binder and visiting doctors for my flu shot, vaccines ( MMR, Tdap, Flushot booster )
Scheduled my Medical appointment ( I-693 ) to be done next week Monday.

All of this , I am waiting also for my start work date once my employer be done with my documentations clearance.

June 14 – Received package
June 28 – NOA received
July 12 – Biometric appointment notice
July 23 – Biometric appointment done
Sept 3 – I140 approved
Oct 1 – I765 New Card Is Being Produced
Oct 17-18 - Case was transferred to NBC

I never received my EAD card until today, the tracking number from USPS says out for delivery since Oct 4, never scanned for delivered I wanted to submit the e-request for non-develivery of EAD card, but it says that I need to wait 120 days after the approval notice. anyone else has the same experience with non-delivery of EAD Card or Green Card?

...120 so days .....then
Nov. 4th- received RFE in mail for Birth Certificate in English translation
Nov. 5th- sent back evidence -express mail
Nov. 6th- USCIS received evidence

I use Lawfully app but feel its not very accurate...My parents priority date is June 26th 2019 and it says I should have got interview notice by now....Both my parents case status has been "ready for interview " for past 7 weeks.....anyone else waiting for interview at Philadelphia field office?
