    Hi All,

I've never received any word on my EAD. But my I485 notice says my interview was scheduled, Nov 7, 2019. But I haven't received the notice in the mail yet.
I live in Salt Lake City, UT by the way.

Any idea when I should expect my interview notice? Will I even get my EAD ever?

    Howdy everyone... Good news!!

Just woke up to a message that my EAD is approved and a card will be sent out within 30 days.

This is a regular, non-expedited application. The application was originally filed in Texas beginning of June and then moved in September to California.

I was beginning to think it was never going to come :-)

Good luck and keep positive June filers!

After I received my job offer, I called USCIS phone number 1-800-375-5283 , just press the (don't know Alien number) so you can speak to the agent. then tell your situation that your having a FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, and POSSIBLE LOSS OF INCOME due to pending job offer. you have to explain to the agent about your hardship such as your credit card debt, your savings depleted, your physical, psychological, emotional situation having your husband not being able to work. Since I am the husband of a USC and I am the one who called USCIS, I made my tone a bit of depress and almost having a nervous breakdown...you have to sound genuine when talking so they can feel your drama. I did reach out to my congressman and senator too but I did not continue their service after I was granted and approval with my expedition. Just stress out the Financial hardship and possible job loss.

    What was you expedited? I-765?
Does your husband has a job offered?
Did you ask you congressman's help?
Did you ask your Senator's help?
    Where is your filing office?

Does any June filers (marriage based) got the actual interview notice after the website saying "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"? For me, the website changed to be "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" on Aug 23rd. But no updates since then... I never request expedite.

Any advice on how long it would take to get the actual interview arrangement? Many many thanks!

Your case moves fast! Congrats! Do you know if your background check has been completed or not? I was wondering if only after background check is completed could a case be ready to be scheduled to for an interview. [/QUOTE]

    @ Eric_1

    Thanks !
For start , my PD is June 2019 and it was just ok with regards to my timeline. I think when my first expedite of my EAD thru phone, I ask the agent if my finger print was cleared and she told me it was completed and maybe that is the reason I received the I-693 courtesy letter then I knew that my I-485 will be transferred to SD field office at this point for interview schedule as what is the normal way of process. Just waiting for my interview to schedule and hopefully soon.

To answer you, I believed that only AFTER the finger print background check is done then it will move your I-485 for interview. Once you receive the I-693 courtesy letter if you did not include it to your docs concurrently then interview will be next in 1 week time.

Here's my Time line June 2019
