Hi everyone, I have been following this for a while now. I really do need urgent response please! My husband who is a U.S citizen, works with the federal government filed i-130 for me, so we filed I 485 and EAD together with the I 130 on 21st of may 2019, got receipt notice a week later, now its being over 2months and we haven't got biometrics appointment letter. Could that means there is a problem with the application we filed? Meanwhile we didn't use a lawyer. Anyone in this situation or who was once in should please help.

Just before midnight on July 25th i got an update on i485 saying interview is ready to be scheduled. I am so hyped. I just hope my field office is quick about it!

Thanks for sharing that. Although I thought that they would ask for evidence through an email. Also, at the USCIS tracker it says that my expedite request has not yet been assigned for processing. Did that happen to you to? Immigration makes no sense...

Thats exactly what i thought. But apparently according to uscis customer service it depends on officer's preference. So i was never emailed anything. I really wish i had an email request. Cuz really who uses fax these days lol. I have no updates on expedite at all after fingerprints. But i heard most of the times you dont get any updates. One update i just got today was that my case is ready to be scheduled for interview on i485. So im hyped

I received a physical mail asking for evidence. So you might receive it either today or tomorrow mine took exactly one week to receive it since the day i requested expedite.

Evidence for the reason for expedite, right? not for the case itself.
I thought you can do the whole things online and mail or fax them that evidence/documents? Do you have to send them that evidence with mail or email?

Evidence for expediting such as job offer letter. And you will have to send it however they request it. In my case they specifically asked for the job offer letter and asked me to fax it. So i didn't do mail or email, only faxed it.

I raised an expedite request last Friday (07/20) and haven’t received the email asking for documentation. I also went to my local congressman and he told me that he was gonna send it today. Impatiently waiting...

Anyone still waiting for NOA1? I’ve been waiting since June 22, no money was cashed or any electronic/paper notification... I am freaking out.

My package delivered on Jun 17th. No money deposit, no notification. I called USCIS on Jul 10th. During the call they said they will open a service request.

Finally got my NOA on July 16 (with received date of Jun 17th and Notice date of Jul 11th).

You may want to try calling them and raise their attention.

I submitted an expedite request for the EAD. Let’s see if I get it sooner.

The I-485s Supplement A is because I have an I-130 filed back in 1998 which grandfather me under LIFE Act (245(i) Adjustment) which carry a $1,000 penalty.

I guess I missed that part where you don't pay for the I-765 : but since I filed a separated g-1450 for it , wouldn't/couldn't just skip it ?

I received my receipts on June 7 for I 485 and my Employment card , now my status says "name was updated" what should expect now ? any help will be appreciate
