    I went in, they asked for appointment letter and told me I had to wait until appointment date, I told them there was not one in line but they didn't care. Ohh well 12 more days !!

    No, only sometimes they change the status. In our case only the principal changed to fingerprint review completed, both dependents did not change.

    I don't think so. There have been a lot of delays recently. Just look around the forum and you'll find a lot of people that had delays between sending the application and getting receipts. My application is one of them (sent application 3/18/19, got receipts dated 5/3/19).

    Make sure to keep an eye on everything, and if the wait starts getting long (like past 1 month), call USCIS and try to speak to an L2 Representative to see what's going on.

    i wanted to update on this. Uscis accepted my I765 on June 26 with the PD of June 11. The extra check that I had sent was trashed by uscis and they sent a 797 for that too. Thought I would update!

    Hi June filer here as well. Lawyer sent off package notice it was received June 19 nothing else so far, make me nervous hopefully the national benefits center is just backed up

    I just received my notices for I-485 and I-765 , will file I-131 by the end of the week.

    Biometrics appointment received! Very happy that things are moving on. Keep positive and best of luck, people.

    My appointment isn't til mid-August though (Austin, TX). I'm interested in this walk-in idea...

    after consult my lawyer , he suggested stay with my original appointment time . Coz, sometime can mess up you case .
