Arrived in 2001 (10 years old)
DACA recipient since 2015
Married in 2016
October 2019 - Filed I-485
January 2020 - 2 letters come in the mail same day:
April 24,2020: checked case status online and it says case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
NOTE:
Called EOIR. Entered A-number, no case could be found
Never received any notices to appear in court.
No criminal record, no arrests, not even a traffic ticket.
Did NOT arrive on August 5, 2016 - has never left the country since arriving in 2001.
Thinking maybe someone else used A-number. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Can the interview still take place if the case was “administratively closed”?

- Courtesy Letter: a completed and signed I-693 was not submitted. If you receive interview notice in the mail, you must bring the information and evidence required to the interview appointment.
- Letter of Administrative Closure: after review of application and supporting documents, we must inform you that we are administratively closing your application because USCIS does not have jurisdiction to decide whether you are eligible for adjustment of status. USCIS determined you are currently in proceedings before an immigration judge. It does not appear that the removal proceedings against you have been terminated. USCIS also determined that you are not an arriving alien because you were admitted on August 5, 2016 as a B2.
