Checks were cashed on Friday and I received a message with the receipt number on Sunday night

It took about two weeks for me to get the receipt numbers, but it seems pretty common for it to take up to 4 weeks.

I see. I’m feeling quite anxious and worried about my AOS application. As previously I have a CR1 process which I already got to the interview stage, however due to the covid19 my interview was cancelled in the US consulate in my country. Then I came with my husband to the US and unable to get a flight home to finish my interview (now I heard that the consulate is re arranging the VISA interview). So I resort to applying AOS in the US. My I130 and I130A had been approved in the US consulate. I enclosed the approved letter and fee charge receipt to the US immigration here. Currently Im with B2 visa, and my stay will be up in Aug 17th. Just feel very anxious everyday...

Have any June filers gotten reciept No. from USCIS yet? Mine had been sent out for 12 days...didn’t hear anything back yet.

Thanks. In some trackers I am seeing cases approved in 5,6 months. Also, what do you mean by that emp based can get interview waived?

Yes , I saw cases got approved in 6 months, but I’m adding about 3 months of backlog to that , as you know that no interviews since March 18 and still I didn’t see any rescheduled interview for AOS , I hope it’s faster.
what I meant by your chance to have interview gets waived, it’s just from seeing more people got already waived interview from employment based category than people from family based category. I only made this calculation from online forums , it could be not accurate .

I don’t think the bio will be waived, now Field offices are open and ASC should open soon, for the interview, as you your case is employment based, you could get your interview waived , but it looks like we will wait for a year as everything is moving slowly

Hi all, I am sending package this week so joining this chat. My 140 got approved last month.
What you folks think on the timeline considering current scenarios. And do you think bios/interviews will be waived or be there.
