I filed I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864, I-944 and I-693 concurrently. Family based. I had an EAD (from f1 opt) that is set to expire soon.
My husband/petitioner’s 2016-2018 returns showed unpaid taxes, no installment as we only reached out this month. His self employer annual income is above the required amount. My income only started in oct 2019. I havent heard back from USCIS when i submitted my concurrent filling. Is anyone in this situation? Im hoping to at least have my EAD card renewed/extended so i can continue working while waiting for the rest of the forms/petitions to be reviewed. Do they put a hold on all requests (advance parole, EAD, etc) if the financial status needs work?
