08/27/2020 Received 4 case Nos.

08/31/2020 Received I797C receipts in mail

09/17/2020 Received yellow courtesy letter telling medical exam form is missing.

11/13/2020 Received RFE for I944

US Citizen. Sent i130 130a i131 i485 i864 i944 i693 i765 all at once for my wife. She's current on B1 until september. Forgot to send the form for electronic communication. Sent with cashiers checks 08/12/2020 received at chicago lockbox mailroom 08/13/2020. Waiting on some mail confirmation I guess? Hope she doesn't end of overstaying current visitor visa

I-130/485 (w/ I-131 & I-765) for B2-visa-ed Pinay wifey that I got married to 10/25/2015 (Also didn't file I-944 due to injunction order about public charge rule).

Timeline
8/20/2020 - Application Packet sent to Chicago Lockbox @ 5pm-sh EST via FedEx.
8/24/2020 - Application Packet received by USCIS (signed for by J.Harper)
9/12/2020 - I-130 & I-485 (plus biometrics) charges made to debit card for forms
9/15/2020 - Received texts messages for forms with receipt #s for I-130/A, I-485, I-765 & I-131
9/21/2020 - Physical copies of receipts for I-130/A, I-485, I-765 & I-131 received in the mail
1/31/2021 - Biometrics appointment letter recieved. Set for 2/9/21
2/9/2021 - Biometrics appointment in Kentwood, MI (Grand Rapids area) and I-765/I-485 updated

Hi, I'm in the same situation as your friend. My I130 was approved back in last Sept. Due to the COVID19 I can not get a flight back home to finish my interview. Super sad.
So in June I filed everything with the I130 approved letter from the US consulate issued in my country...However to my disappointment this oversea consulate approved letter was not enough to use to apply for I485 here at all. My husband called USCIS and NVC to get information on why USCIS rejected my I485 application. What they told us was we can not locate your approved I130. So we figured that US oversea consulate has nothing connected with the USCIS here. Very disappointed again...we eventually went to a immigration lawyer. The lawyer suggested us to re file I130 here and sent the approved letter from the US oversea consulate as well to see if they can accept my I485 application. Right now I'm still waiting for the acceptance from USCIS. If nothing works I will have to go home asap to finish my interview there.

I married a USC and I filed for AOS(i-130+I-485) concurrent filing on Aug 1st and sent through USPS primary shipping, Packet reached on 3rd to USPS Chicago but not to USCIS. but my packet is still in USPS Chicago, and it is showing still in transit. My Medical will expire in a week from now.

Please help me on what to do next, thank you.

may I ask you if you had to resubmit form I-130 again or not , I have a friend in the same situation like you with i130 approved overseas but the consulate is closed and she wants to apply here for adjustment of status instead.

I finally got the receipt from USCIS today!! Oddly they send messages on Sundays. I got my receipt for I130 and I485 (didn't apply for EAD and 131). Now waiting for the mail to come.
