Haha. You’re good. Congratulations that you got your biometrics. I guess we’re all just trying to understand the mess that uscis is.

This is really mismanaged if this is the case. Even I thought that things will happen in the order of PDs within the same category and same FO which clearly doesn't look like the case.

is your case a marriage to US Citizen category? Or some other category?

    Hi All,
My status for I-765 went to "Card/ Document Production". However, my wife's status has not changed. I have not had my fingerprints yet either. I though that the fingerprints need to be taken before the EAD is approved. My be there is an error in the system that caused my case to go into that status. I am not sure. I will keep an eye out to see if I receive anything in the mail in the coming days. Have you guys come across any cases where the EAD was approved before biometrics?

Sept 18: I864 filed (Chicago Lockbox)

Oct 19: Rejection of I485, I765 in Mail (Came with I797C that states it was rejected Oct 9, didn't attach I797 for I130 filled online, but the number was on the 485, I was really mad!)

    Oct 21: I485, I765, I944, I864 refiled.

Oct 22: Arrived USCIS Chicago Lockbox

    Nov 17: Money Order cashed.

Thanks for the response Tibwa and pharmaguy123. I sent them all!

Wow bad news, I always assumed that the only reason cases were not being processed in order was due to different FO. Seems we have a counterexample to that on this thread.

For documents (like bank statements) which can sometimes be 10 pages long for a given month's statement, do you submit all the pages?

I am currently working on I-944 form. One of the banks' statements are 10 pages per month. So, 12 months statements, means 120 page just for this. Is it ok to submit just the front page of the statement for each month? The front page shows a good summary but it clearly says "Page 1 of 10" at bottom. So I am worried if the officer will notice the 9 missing pages, and then consider it as something against me?

On the other hand, if I attach all pages, the officer might be like "why is this guy boring me with pages and pages of nothing?"

    10/22/2020- I-485, I-693, I-765, and I-131 sent to USCIS, Dallas lockbox address.
    D10/26/2020- delivered
It has been now 3 weeks but I have not received any notice of receipt, nor was my check cashed by the USCIS from my bank.
I called the USCIS customer care but they could not help, as I did not have any receipt number yet.
I wrote to l[email protected] in the second week and third weeks, but have not received any response from them yet.
Please advise what should I do now.
    Thanks.
hi, this is a sept filer group, so we dont know how is oct going. but base on sept filers' experience, it takes 30days/4 weeks to hear back from them. your case was delivered 10/26, so it has been 3 weeks and 2 day. the only thing you can do, is just wait. i understand your urge to write and call them for your case, but its just still too early for you to do anything, and keep writing them email is not gonna help, just be patient and wait. call them and email them when its over a month.
