I am considering going back home because my marriage is falling apart and the relationship will get worse once I become jobless.

    Update from my Employer:
This is an automated reminder email from the TriNet I-9 system to advise you that records indicate your current work authorization documentation, which allows you to work in the United States, will expire on 4/25/2021.
If you wish to remain employed in the United States beyond the above expiration date, you must take the steps required to extend your work authorization.

I submitted expedite request through Emma. However I read - 99% of such requests get rejected.

I'm also a Diversity Visa Lottery AOS, which is exactly why I mentioned their case in my original comment.
