December 2020 I-485 filers may join

Hi, everyone! I'm new here and I hope someone with more experience or knowledge will be able to answer my question. I filed for AOS on December 16th and received receipt notices in the mail January 11th. How long after the first notice should I expect to receive a notice for the biometrics appointment? Thank you.

I just received receipt notices in the mail today and also wondering when to expect fingerprint appointment letter.

So far I do not think anyone from December 2020 Cohort received fingerprint appointment notifications.

01/12/21 - See pending charge on Credit Card. No other update (text/email etc)

Congrats on moving forward! texts should be sent next week.

Early December (will update with exact date when I find tracking)- Sent packet
December 23- Credit Card charged full fee
Jan 5th,2021- Received text messages with receipt/case number
Jan 9,2021- received the paper receipts for application in mail

compulsively USCIS for biometric updates, i want to get this over with and move on with my life ????

Great! I am also in Seattle. Seems like I should get my first USCIS mail next week.

We sent out application packet on 12/10 by usps it was received on 12/15. We looked at the check and they were cleared on the 23rd December. Hope we get some response soon.

no how do i find out my field office? i assumed they process it in chicago. EC

Oh wait...I just realized that they will tell you once you receive the receipt notice by mail.

So far just have case received/ fingerprint fee received ,and under i-131 saying they are going to mail me further info how case will be processed. I don't understand why that information is only under i-131instead of i-485 for example.
