Just curious did you expedite or anything? I submitted April 16th so if you did not expedite that means that mine is close as well (hopefully)

Yes I did expedite my travel authorization due to financial loss. They asked for additional info/proof which I supplied, 2 days later it was approved.

Awesome. Congrats. Where was your 765 processed? Just to know when mine might get processed. My 765 is with NBC and I did my bio 4 days after you.

It is with the NBC. Finally feel that a corner has turned!

Today my EAD updated to new card is being produced!
i filed all 4 together (marriage-based) at NBC.
no interview yet (ready to schedule since Aug 3).

Just curious did you expedite or anything? I submitted April 16th so if you did not expedite that means that mine is close as well (hopefully)

Can I know how you expedite the advanced parole?

You can make an expedite request for a few reasons. If you on their website you can read up on what they will consider and then telephone and ask to expedite. They will ask for additional info or proof to substantiate the request.

still waiting, no updates so far since 8/20 fingerprints were taken. My status still fee and case received.
