I just got online with Emma and the agent said an appointment has not yet been scheduled and please wait.
I guess I just have to be patient!

My NOA was from Apr 16. ( 485/ 765) I file with attorney and this Monday she call me and tell I have biometric appoint on July 28.

No… mine was filed on 4/9/2021 (and i130 was filed 2/3/2021 online and still showing as actively reviewing).
I asked the USCIS live agent today and she said mine has not been scheduled yet. I asked for an estimated time and she said there’s no estimated time……..
I’m in Pittsburgh PA.

Status of both show that case was received.

I filed through the mail with an immigration lawyer.

Hi guys,

I am new to the forum. The following is my timeline to so far.

Family-based AOS (Marriage to USC)
4/24 Application sent through the lawyer
4/30 Application arrived
5/11 Fees charged to credit card
5/17 Receipts of the 4 forms delivered
6/19 RFE letter sent

Interestingly, my priority date was before my application sent. Probably they group applications?

One question, do you know how many days RFE letters take to be delivered?

What was that RFE for? One of my parent's 485 application status got updated to 'Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent'. Curious to know how long does it take to receive the letter, and what is this RFE for? By the way, the 765 and 131 do not show any updates. No Biometrics notice yet. (We did not submit 693 for both the parents yet).

Hey everyone! Been reading the forums recently and thought I’d add my timeline too:

Married to USC (Brooklyn, NY):
April 1, 2021: Case delivered to USCIS (PD).
April 30, 2021: Received notices by mail.
May 06, 2021: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken for both i-485 and i-765 (I’m assuming from my previous asylum application).
