Hi All
I have applied for I140 last year with a labor approved under Eb3. My I140 came back approved in EB2. I did not realise this until now, as i was preparing to file for AOS.
Would there be any reason for INS to do this intentionally,
or would it always be as a result of a mistake on their part.
In any event, would it affect the outcome of an I-485? Can I apply for AOS, will i get an EAD and AP approved or will i get an RFE before tha? My 6 yrs are expiring by the end of this year, so it is very critical for me to get an EAD before that. Any help would be appreciated.
