Before applying for I-485, please advise
Hi Everyone,
I'm waiting for my i-140 decision (NIW) and am going to apply for i-485 soon.
I'm a postdoc on H1B visa.
My questions are;
1) Since I already have H1B, I don't have to apply for EAD, do I? I'm going to submit only i-485 and i-131 (in case i have to travel out of country)
Are there other forms that I have to submit? ( I have no dependents)
2) Once my i-140 is approved, while pending i-485, can I change the job? If so, does the new employer have to file for a new H1B visa?
Could someone pls advise?
