Hi,
Our I-485 application is still pending upon approval/denial. I am currently on H1B status also with EAD(wife and older son also has EAD), My contract for H1B will expire this October 2011, if my employer would not renew my contract? my question's are:
1. What would be our status (whole family) I also have a son on middle school without EAD
2. Can we use our EAD to find jobs?
3. Will we be able to stay in the US until 485 is approve/denied?
Any input is highly appreciated.
