Need information regarding 485 application
I have few questions on applying for 485 and hope someone can help me on this.
1. Since i want to include my husbands name on my application, do i need to include all the evidences for my husband also (birth certificate, medical and all the other forms) in addition to mine?
2. My husband doesn't have a birth certificate and he was born in 1972. Should get the no-availability certificate and secondary evidence? He has a court form that shows his birth place and date...is this sufficient?
3. How much it's gonna cost for medical exam? I found out from a local civil surgeon that the physical for this costs 150 bucks but i am not sure about vaccination costs.
4. When you are applying 485, do we need to ask for EAD or will they send you? How long it takes to get the EAD card and then after that how long it takes to get the green card?
