According to January 2012 visa bulletin My priority date became current. I have to be filing for my 485 application in January and I am adding my wife.
I have 2 questions regarding I-134 Affidavit of Support application form:
1) My wife is a PH.D student (F1 visa) and she had full assistantship(her payroll amount (19000$ per year) is included in my tax returns) so which one I have to select “Wholly Dependent” or “Partially Dependent” in item(8).
2) Item (11) – I “Intend” or “Do not intend to make specific contribution to the support of the person(s) name in Item (3):
