Last year I got married in my home country Pakistan. My wife is US Citizen. After married she flew with me to live in Mauritius where I’m currently working for past 3 years.

Last year in December I got 5 years B-2 Visa, I visited US in January 2012 for 2 weeks as my wife was there visiting her family.
Now we are planning to move to US
I’ve talk to several people what’s the best way to move forward
Option-1 : Apply I-130
Issue : as per further my Wife (petitioner) need to prove the tie with home country and show that she is working or studying there or I-864 Affidavit of Support - how should we sort this out?? but as she is living with me outside of US, so I’m confused if we apply through I-130 is it going to be an issue ??
Option-2: Apply I-130 and I-485 together
As I have B-2 Visa, I can fly US and than apply for I-130 and I-485 together to get the advance protocol. Can you kindly tell me is it the right decision? And what are the disadvantages by doing this. Is it legal to do this way? I've talked with attorney he said that its possible without any issue but i'm not sure what should i do?
