I am currently staying in the Philippines and I am 20 y.o. turning 21 this April 22, 2013. My mother is married to an American citizen and is awaiting her green card. There is a pending petition for me filed years ago by her husband and was not followed up because I am still studying here. I want to finish my college degree here and I am currently in 3rd year. Can I still finish my studies until 2014 and still be able to leave with an immigrant Visa even though by that time I will be 22 y.o.? How does a reEntry form work for me?
