Hi guys,
I need an advice in regards of Re-Entry permit for the children bewteen 06-11, for which an application along with Parent's application were submitted, Parents received the letters but letter for Children were not received.
The children along with parents left the country for more than a year now and after contacting USIS from abroad it came up now that the application was rejected because biometrics requirement were not fullfilled but there was no letter received.
What process should now be adopted to enable them to be accompanied their parents?
