My parents surrendered my greencard for me when i was 16, im 18 now and would like to go back to the usa at the end of the year. My mom has always told me, ever since i was protesting that i want my greencard, that ill be able to get it back easliy as i had no say in surrendering it, to be honest ive never belived this for a minute but i thought id ask here anyways. So has anyone herd of this happening? or will i just start getting residency from the begining?

Born in Australia-im an australian citizen
Lived in the USA with a greencard from when i was >1 to 12 years old
Greencard was surrendered for me when i was 16, ive been back to the usa 3 times inbetween 12 and 16
I still have stuff like social securtiy and the family still owns property in USA
I have grandparents and aunts and an uncle who are US citzens living in the us
