Very fast I-131 application for me

here are all my dates:

sent I-131 on 11/19/15.
received in Phoenix on 11/20/15 and then sent to Nebraska.
email receipt received on 11/25/15.
hard copy mail received on 12/2/15.
i would have never ever expected to receive the appointment letter on 12/7/15 but i did.
appointment on 12/21/15.

in my case (NOT EXPEDITED) i had to wait less than 20 days to get the appointment letter since i sent the form. i have to thank the fast DHS service and USCIS.
i do not know most of the abbrevations mentioned in this forum and for this reason i did not even try to type any (DHS only : Department of Homeland Security).

Yeah, I was expecting the biometrics notice to come in the next couple of weeks since it was not expedited. I included a cover letter when I sent the papers and some supporting documents as well.

I feel you though, it's hard to always check the mail expecting it to arrive.

i read the other posts and i noticed someone had to wait long time for the appointment.
for sure the Thanksgiving delayed the process but i hope for one day only.
i have been told that USCIS will NOT work only on 25 December and 1 Jeanuary 2016,
as soon as i get the appointment i will post all dates.

Here's my timeline below:

(Not-expedited)
Sent the application Nov 9
NOA prepared on Nov 13
Debited Nov 17
Mail of NOA arrived Nov 19
Biometrics Appointment prepared Nov 28 (saturday, dont know why)
Mail of Biometrics notice received December 3

Will still try to do early walkin on biometrics. I think the thanksgiving weekend affected the timing of processing so just wait it out. I didn't get any info on mail delivery on the site and phone call so I suggest to wait.

received receipt by email on 25 november
hard copy received on 2 december
how can i speed up the process ???
i cannot wait here till jenuary
i have to go back home before the end of december 2015

Just wanted to post an update. I received my letter of appointment for the biometrics today and my appointment is for April 13. Hope your case goes quick as well!

Can you update us... did you get ReEntry Visa? If yes, When? The reason for asking..., our biometrics appointment will be on May 13th. We are planning to book the tickets for Jun month ending. Just want to calculate time frame after Biometrics.

Biometric fees accepted on April 8...

I need to be out of USA by May 15.. So waiting on letter for Biometric..
I have filed a regular application (No expedited)..

Any inputs you can provide on regular processing are really appreciated!

Hello! Im still waiting for my biometric appointment till now. I reported my case at uscis and they made a SR for me last april 8th. and on 16th I got an email that my case was transfer to nebraska from Missouri for speedy processing. I'm still waiting for any update, and I hope that i get the appoinment for biometric soon.. Where did you file your application? A
