My dad landed in the US on 9/11 on his immigrant visa and we have been awaiting his green card to arrive in the mail. Does anyone have any info in terms of how long this card takes to arrive? Is there any way to check on the status or expected delivery date?
Because of some complexity with my mom's case, her application got delayed so we have a situation where my dad is with me in the US while my mom is in Mumbai. He wants to go back and help her wrap up her case so they can both come here together, hence the rush to figure out his status.
