Hi,
I have a question, we are GC holders currently residing abroad. The stay abroad will last longer then 1 year so we need to apply for re-entry permit.
My plan is to flight all family to US for 2 days, fill the I-131 forms and send it via courier and leave the states, then when we will receive the biometrics arrive for that meeting again.
Is it possible doing so? Should I wait until the forms received or I only need to be in US when sending the to USCIS?
Will appreciate any help.
