Hi. I'm from an ESTA approved country.
A few years ago, I married an America wife(she is my ex). They first rejected our i-130 in the first application but the i-130 was approved when we submitted it again.
But when I was trying to apply for the CR-1/IR-1 visa, she became abusive and we got separated and the CR-1/IR-1 visa application was abandoned. Now we are divorced and I haven't visited the US since then.
But I feel like I want to travel to the US and I wonder if I am qualified to apply for my ESTA because the i-130 was denied at first ( it got approved in the second application)
On the ESTA application, it asks you if your visa was ever denied or revoked. As far as I know, the i-130 is just a petition, not an actual visa and I have never applied for my CR-1 or IR-1 at the time.
So am I qualified to apply for ESTA?
