Hi guys I sent my application off and it was received by on the 29th of last month. On November 1st I got an email stating that my finger print fee was received and a receipt mailed to me.i checked my bank and the cash have being cases.its being the 17th day and I have not received the mail.have anybody experience this and what can I do ? Thank you guys really need help on this.
