Filling in i-751 for my son

I am married to a US resident. Both I and my son got our condition green card. I have submitted my i-751 in November 07 but was unable to do the same for my son as his green card expired in more than 6 months than mine. I was told to submit his separately. I have to fill in the i-751 for my son whose green card will expiring in June 08. In form 1-751, Part 4. Information about the spouse or parent through whom you gained your conditional residence; whose name should I put, my husband or I? Please advise
