Hi,
Since we have to go to India for 2 yrs on employment overseas to maintain our GC Company has already applied for our Re-entry permit and we got notice for fingerprinting which will be next week. So my question is
1. after the fingerprint can we leave the country?
2. in the event of re-entry permit is still pending (since in CA it takes 9 -10 months to get approved), do we have to plan to reenter US within 10 months to maintain our GC? if so then how long we have to stay?
[Note: we are maininaing all the ties here while we are out of country also we will be in US payroll ete]
3. suppose if the rerentry get rejected, then what happens to our GC? Do they give some time frame to enter the US at that time?
