Spousal GC & working outside the US

My wife is a PR through marriage (I'm USC). Now it has been almost 2 years, so we have to submit an I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions). However, we are now living and working outside the US. We still have a US address and US bank accounts and family there of course.

Considering she is married to me, a USC, will her GC renewal go OK? Yes, all documentation proving sound marriage will be provided. I am just concerned about doing all of this from outside the US.
