I married a u.s. citizen so i never had a problem applying for my GC. I rcvd my permanent residency two months ago and my 5 kids got their conditional visa a month ago. My husband had an issue with my son and been cruel to them so I decided to leave him. We ran away and went to my kid's biological father in Canada.
My problem is my american husband went to the immigration office and told them that our marriage was fraud and i just used him to get a GC. Could my residency be revoked and cancelled right away base on his theories? I'm so afraid to go back to U.S. because the u.s. immigration at the airport might cancell my visa and deny our entry.
What will happen to my permanent residency now and to my kids conditional visa????Will somebody help me pls. tks.
