Should I-131 and I-765 be filed with I-751?

I am a conditional permanent resident (through marriage). I am getting ready to jointly file I-751 (to remove conditions) at the end of Jan 2010. I have two quick questions?
1. In order to able to travel and work while my application is being processed do I need to apply for I-131 (Travel authorization) and I-765 (Work authorization)?
2. What is average duration of time for processing I-751?
