removal of conditions approved and recieved new card today

wow that is a long processing window. I remember when first applying for a GC people on this forum would contact their local senator and that would push it along if they had been waiting for over a year, but I think they had at least hit the lower number processing time. If you have literally not heard anything or received anything in the next month or so it might be worth reaching out to your senator. Feel free to use my case that only took 3 months and was sent in and completed throughout the whole covid pandemic to show that other cases are also being completed efficiently. However I completely understand if you don't want to do anything that drastic though. umm did you sign up for the online account where you can check case status? A lot of my updates came from that rather than letters in the post.

Thanks, yeah I signed up for the online account which back with my initial GC showed a lot more updates than the normal case status or what I got in the mail. Will take your advice and wait until it hits at least the lower limit of the processing time and reach out to them to ask about Biometrics and Case Status.

Hi peeps! i have a situation here pls help. i sent out the form for my husbands removal of condition today .. by honest mistake i thought since i am the petitioner before i was still the petitioner right now so i signed both petitioner and spouse on the for i-751 .. i’m so worried they might reject our petition form. what should i do? and i sent to direct to arizona p.o box per the websites right now.. i hope we’ re not into big trouble! i’m so anxious his green card is expiring next month. pls enlighten me!

USCIS will probably just reject it and send it back. If you haven't received it and you are running against the deadline, you should call to find out.

Yeah that's a great attitude to have!! I was shocked that mine moved so quickly. My Initial green card application took like a year and was expecting a similar timeline for this one

To be honest I am not sure how to help you so only giving you my opinion. Have you tried contacting them? My best guess would be that they send an RFE asking you to send in a new i-751 form. I am sure you are not the first person to have done this though and while it might delay your process, I am sure no other harm would be done. Sounds silly but have you tried searching this problem within this forum or google.

Hello, big congratulations! Question about supporting documents: did you include documents from the beginning (same that you supplemented your I-485) and after your interview, or just from after the interview. Thank you!

I sent everything after I sent my original one (i'm guessing I-485 you are referring too?) So a few things that happened before my original interview (mainly a trip back to England) but 95% of it was everything that has happened since receiving my conditional green card.

Yes, they waived around Oct 1

we got the notice which says it was transferred to national center in Missouri...seems a ton of i-751 were transferred there from Texas to help speed it up

Wow, Congratulations!! That is Amazing yours went through that fast. I filed mine in March of this year before the Pandemic official began and Am still waiting. I wonder if it's because I am in the New England hence they may have more applications? Anyways, Thanks for the update.

Thanks so much!! I was definitely not expecting it to go so fast. My initial one took forever and seemed like everyone who applied after me got theirs first. Not many foreigners end up in Oklahoma so I definitely think that helps timewise!! Here's hoping you will hear something soon!!

We filed ours about a month before you to the Texas office. We got an alert that ours is being transferred to another office on the 18th, and according to informed delivery from USPS we are getting something from USCIS today
