I filed for removing of conditions on my GC through a lawyer under good faith marriage waiver. i am done with my biometrics and just waiting for an answer from USCIS. I am pretty hopeful that I will be granted my permanent green card because i have a very good case and documentation. Hey but you never know with immigration. I hope someone can answer these questions.
1. In case God forbid that they deny my case, my employer is ready to sponsor my GC under employment based green card. what should be my next course of action?
