Those receipt notices will also serve as evidence of continued status for 24 months past the expiration date on their Green Card."
Hope this help a little bit with the confusion. Take care ????

Did the new extension letter contain any information that is different from the 18 mos. extension letter?

Would appreciate reading from you at your convenience.

We completed our own 751, it took us a whole weekend to put together, from filling up the form, scanning & printing supporting documents, it also helps to check out other threads in this forum because there are really good tips from so many people (give it a day), now if you think spending a weekend doing something else you'd rather do and you have $4k sitting around doing nothing - go for the lawyer.

    Good luck with your 751.

    Cheers...

Please save your money - you don’t really need to pay that much for a lawyer to represent you when you apply for 751.

SoleilDeMinuit thank you for replying to my post

In this thread I see that the originator demodemo also has LIN as processing center for their 751.

I hope you both come back to write an update on your 751 when you hear again from USCIS.

    Thank you.

    Cheers...
