    question regarding green card process

    Hi folks,

    My current employer has initiated GC process under EB2 category.
    They are yet to publish Ad for the Job (they are going to start it soon) .

    Now my H1 visa is valid only till Oct 2013.

    Does that mean, my LC must be applied before Oct 2012 , in-order to be able to renew visa for subsequent 1 year ?

    Please let me know.
