My mother is a Green Card Holder. She is in India right now. Her 6 months outside the USA will be over in Nov 2012. But she wants to come to the USA in Jan 2013 due to some reasons. She didn't applied for her Re-Entry permit in the USA before she left for India. My question is how can she apply for her Re-Entry permit from India. What happens if she over stays by 2 months.
