    Paper application for Canada Visitor visa

    Hi,
    I am Indian passport holder and in USA on work visa. I want to apply for Canada Visitor Visa. I am not so confident to apply online and send the passport via mail, I want to apply through paper based application. I want to apply in NY.
    Do I always need to apply via VAC or I can directly go to NY Canada Visa office and apply?
