Hi All,
I just came through something that I thought may be helpful to others in saving few bucks.
If you are applying for a Canadian "Temporary Resident Visa" (often called as "Visitor Visa") and filling up the form - "IMM5257", you will be asked if you want to apply for "single entry" (you will be paying USD 70) or "Multiple Entry" (you will pay USD 135 for this).
Just keep in mind this clause, if you are selecting "Multiple Entry" --
"A single entry visa allows you to enter Canada only once. This visa may also be used for repeated entries into Canada from the USA or St. Pierre and Miquelon provided you do not enter another country. Such entries must occur within the time validated for your stay in Canada. For example, you may be given six months from the date you enter Canada at the port of entry."
Hope this may be helpful.
- Neel.
