Hi there, hope I have the correct category, mods, feel free to move it...
I'm a born US citizen, but I want to be naturalized to Canada, and give up my US citizenship. My question is, will this affect my ability to visit my former country? I do not intend to return for any length of time, but all my family is here and I may return for a short period of time.
Why I want to leave? I'm fed up with the politics of the US and I no longer desire to have the responsibilities to a country I hate (Draft, high taxes etc.), thus, my only viable option is to leave.
