HI, i am an Indian national and having valid EAD (was on H1 before) and the new EAD card also has advance parole. I am an Indian national (Indian passport).
Does anyone know if I need to have a mexico visa if I visit there through a cruise? i.e. I will not be flying into Mexico, but will sail with the cruise that will visit Mexico for 2 different days at 2 different cities.
WIll advance parole create any problem for re-entry into US?
