Hello,
I have been recently arrested under DUI 1st offense, am into ARD program now, under successful completion of ARD program which will take another 2-3 months from now the criminal charges will be expunged from records, only driving will shows up.
I am very concerned because my employer will be filing my Labor for GC in couple of weeks. And I just got my H1-B approval a day back in this situation, I am hoping it will not, but GC is totally different scenario, so anyone please provide your inputs. I would greatly appreciated.
